Lending Associate

At NAB, we’re committed to creating exceptional experiences and fostering strong, professional relationships. As a Complex Lending Solutions Associate, you’ll be a trusted support partner for front-line bankers, ensuring their enquiries are addressed efficiently and accurately.


What you’ll do:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing lending support to Relationship Managers with personal and business loans
  • Partner or assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions, including obtaining and collation of information from customers.
  • Assisting with policy reviewing, credit analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Supporting post-approval processes, including liaising with customers and arranging settlements.
  • Speaking to customers to obtain compliance documents and complete loan applications.
  • Working directly with bankers and senior bankers to support loan fulfilment.
  • Managing national files while prioritising local cases and partnering bankers with associates.
  • Supporting the discharge process for loans efficiently and professionally.

The details
  • Competitive Pay: $40.00 per hour + Super
  • Business Hours: Work 8:30 to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday – 100% Office-Based (no hybrid flexibility)
  • Location: Marrickville, Sydney
  • Start date - mid-August for an initial 12-month temporary assignment

  • A degree in accounting or finance or related studies
  • Thorough understanding of business structures & documents
  • Understanding of end-to-end business lending processes.
