Your new role

This is a dynamic role offering exposure to regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, and strategic legal advisory work across a multinational environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with stakeholders across the business and contributing to high-impact initiatives.

• Lead compliance efforts under Australian Credit Licences and debt collection frameworks
• Advise on employment law, privacy, and APRA Prudential Standards (including CPS230)
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Support client lifecycle activities including RFPs, compliance reviews, and scope assessments
• Contribute to legal operations, policy development, and process improvement
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external regulators

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally, between 4–6 years’ post-admission experience, admitted in Australia
• Strong interest in regulatory and compliance
• Experience in both private practice and in-house environments preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global setting
• Tech-savvy with a passion for improving legal workflows
• Experience gained in financial services will be highly regarded
