Your new role
The role of Learning & Development Manager reports directly to the Chief People Officer and leads a small and productive team. This role will be responsible for the creation and implementation of learning and development strategies across the organisation, as well as embedding the learning Management System.
The L&D Manager will influence strategic learning delivery across the business, with a key objective to identify and continually develop learning strategies. This will be achieved by applying a range of delivery techniques that ensure all operations have tailored and structured plans to meet training requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold experience in the industry as well as the following:
- Experience leading a high performing team with a proven delivery track record.
- Passion for learning and development and proven experience creating and implementing impactful L&D programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of delivering compelling learning experiences and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in leading the design of content for blended learning programs – e-learning, videos, instructor led and mentoring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
