About the Role
As the Learning Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Learning & Development services. You’ll manage operational learning processes, maintain learning systems, and provide timely support to learners and stakeholders. Your work will ensure employees have a smooth and engaging learning journey, while also contributing to broader initiatives such as content development and facilitation.
As a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be limited to:
Learning Program Delivery: Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, both virtually and in person, while managing enquiries and ensuring compliance with training records.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives to support continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with managers, subject matter experts, and internal teams to address capability gaps and align learning with strategic goals.
Relationship Building: Foster a culture of continuous learning by building strong connections across the organisation and with external vendors.
Strategic Innovation: Contribute to learning strategy and introduce modern methodologies like digital, blended, and social learning.
Safety Leadership: Promote a zero-harm culture and uphold organisational safety values, supporting both physical and psychological wellbeing.
What you’ll need
Relevant Qualifications & Experience: Background in HR, Education, or Organisational Development, with hands-on experience in Learning & Development or HR support, including LMS administration.
Operational Strengths: Skilled in managing shared inboxes, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining smooth learning operations.
Content & Facilitation Expertise: Capable of designing and delivering impactful learning content across various formats.
Interpersonal & Service Focus: Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive, service-driven mindset.
