We're Hiring: Leading Hand HVAC Installer – Commercial Projects (Sydney)
Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead on major commercial projects? Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across Sydney.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on commercial job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and subcontractors
- Ensure installations meet Australian standards and project specifications
- Mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Trade qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
