Your new role

As a Lead Safety Trainer, you will design, implement, and deliver effective training programs tailored to the needs of underground mining teams. This includes identifying skill gaps, providing training, and assessing competencies. You’ll play a critical role in supporting operational teams, from mine operations and maintenance to technical services, ensuring all personnel can safely carry out their roles.

What you'll need to succeed

• A Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
• Proven expertise in operating underground machinery.
• Experience delivering and assessing training programs.
• Familiarity with compliance standards.
• Technical proficiency in Learning Management Systems and tools like MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
