This company is seeking a dynamic leader to achieve sales targets, build strong client and partner relationships, and monitor market trends for strategic positioning. This role involves accurately costing structural steel projects, ensuring competitive pricing and financial viability, and leading the commercial estimating team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, fostering long-term business opportunities, refining estimating processes, and collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates. What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role of being the lead estimator, be familiar with structural steel projects, and possess the back-up of the following:

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu program
• Certificate IV Building and Construction (Estimating)
• Trade qualification or experience
• Contract administration experience
• Great public relations skills
• Excellent communication skills
