Your new role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Lawyer with 2+ years PAE to join a well-established Dispute Resolution team in Canberra. You’ll work alongside experienced senior lawyers on a wide range of government-focused litigation and dispute matters, including:
• Class actions and complex civil claims
• Regulatory and commercial litigation
• Merits and judicial review
• Investigations, royal commissions, and parliamentary enquiries
• Strategic legal advice for government clients

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience
• Proven experience in government litigation or disputes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and professional integrity
• Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a baseline security clearance

You’ll be proactive, self-motivated, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Strong time management and multitasking skills are essential.
