Landscape Labourer / Garden Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in hands-on work? We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourers / Garden Maintenance Assistants to join a well-established and growing team working across residential and commercial sites.
This is a great opportunity to secure stable, full-time work while building a long-term career in landscaping and garden maintenance.

✅ What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting experienced gardeners on a variety of sites
  • Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general upkeep
  • Hedging, pruning, and garden maintenance
  • Weed control and site clean-ups
  • Using and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • Helping load/unload tools and keep vehicles organised
✅ What we’re looking for:
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and able to follow instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors every day
  • Reliable and able to work well in a team
  • Driving licence (highly regarded)
  • Previous landscaping/gardening experience (preferred, not essential)
