Now Hiring: Skilled Labourer for Commercial Pool Construction Projects – Sydney-Based
Are you an experienced labourer with proven skills in power tool operation and a solid background in construction? We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected commercial pool building company delivering high-end projects across the Sydney metro area. This is your opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team known for excellence in aquatic construction.

About the Role: You’ll join a tight-knit site crew working across multiple commercial pool projects—from high-rise apartment complexes to public leisure facilities. You’ll assist with general site preparation, concrete formwork, plumbing support, and equipment installation. Power tool competency is essential, as tasks will include cutting, grinding, drilling, and use of specialised tools related to pool construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General site labouring and material handling
  • Use of power tools (grinders, jackhammers, concrete saws, etc.)
  • Assisting tradespeople (plumbers, tilers, concreters)
  • Site cleanup and equipment maintenance
  • Adherence to WHS guidelines and onsite safety protocols
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience using power tools in a construction environment
  • Previous work in pool building, concreting, or landscaping highly regarded
  • Construction White Card (mandatory)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in variable conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
