I am currently partnered with a State Government Department who are seeking a Laboratory Sampler to join their evolving team in a 6-week temporary position.

Your new role
As a Water Sampling Officer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining water quality across regional Victoria. Working within the Laboratory Services team, you’ll collect and analyse samples from source waters, potable supplies, catchments, and wastewater systems. You’ll plan and execute sampling runs, maintain accurate records aligned with NATA accreditation, and contribute to the safe and clean operation of the laboratory. This role offers a mix of fieldwork and lab-based tasks, with autonomy and variety built into your day-to-day responsibilities.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and field software)
A current Victorian Driver Licence
