Your new role


The Key Account Manager will maintain and cultivate strong relationships with all current key accounts and be extremely proactive in sourcing for new account business within Surf, Fashion, Sport & Urban, and Outdoor channels. For example, you will directly manage the likes of Platypus, Universal, Iconic, General Pants, Foot Locker to name a few.


Key duties include:


  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts.
  • Create strategic sales plans by season for each account for mutual business growth.
  • Guide the accounts through the GTM processes with support from Merchandising team.
  • Promote seasonal initiatives, reduce cancels & discounts while prioritising Margin and Net Revenue.
  • Collaborate with VM and Marketing teams to develop/maintain the in-store Brand communication and in-season promotional campaigns
  • Know competitor activities and understand consumer behaviours.



What you'll need to succeed


  • Sales and Key Account Management experience preferably in the footwear, casual or sport industry.
  • Proven success working in wholesale or retail footwear sales.
  • Knowledge of the wholesale Fashion, Sports and/or Footwear industry in Australia.
  • Excellent at problem-solving by deploying creative solutions to drive business, be customer focused, with excellent time management skills, and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels, with the ability to impact decisions.
  • Full Australian working rights
