Junior Territory Manager

Join a market leading provider of environmental solutions. Operating across waste, resource recovery, water and energy services, the business helps organisations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and achieve their sustainability objectives.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory through new business development, customer retention and account growth. This role will suit a commercially minded salesperson who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and delivering tailored service solutions to businesses across a range of industries.


Your new role

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of short, medium and long term sales opportunities.

  • Identify, pursue and win new business within your assigned territory.

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Renew and retain expiring customer agreements.

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining agreed margins.

  • Present tailored solutions that address customer operational and sustainability goals.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competitors and customer needs.

  • Generate additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross selling.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations and customer presentations.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and sales reports.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales, business development or account management role.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and forecasting opportunities.

  • Commercially focused with strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • CRM experience preferred.
