Your new roleAs a Junior Release Manager (APS5 equivalent), you’ll support the coordination and execution of release management processes across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, EDW, and SAP. Reporting to a Senior Release Manager, you’ll assist with scheduling, readiness reviews, deployment documentation, and contribute to daily stand-ups and continuous improvement initiatives. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a minimum of three days in-office per week.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1–2 years’ experience in enterprise release management
- Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Ability to manage release interdependencies and governance processes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and project management certifications (e.g., SAFe Agile)
- Desirable: experience in government environments, accessibility-focused development, and risk mitigation
