A growing Managed Service Provider requires a Junior Modern Workplace Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP, to be based at either of their offices in West Melbourne and Geelong. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

Your new role

• Supporting the delivery of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to a broad range of clients.
• Assisting in the deployment of Teams telephony.
• Configuring and deploying Intune policies and device management.
• Implementing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Conditional Access policies and identity management.
• Collaborating with the Managed Services and Sales teams.
• Assisting with issues escalated from the Helpdesk.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Intune and Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Teams, Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
• Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
