As a Junior leasing associate, you will be supporting the leasing team in managing and expanding the company's commercial and medical property portfolio.

• Assist in coordinating property viewings and open houses.
• Handle enquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed property information.
• Draft and review lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of lease transactions and tenant interactions.
• Support senior team members in lease negotiations and property management activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree in Property Management, Business or a related field.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a leasing or real estate role is a plus, but not required.
