As part of the Group Risk & Compliance Division, you’ll contribute to supporting the organisation’s legal and regulatory obligations across banking, insurance and assistance business lines.
Your new role
This is an urgent requirement for initial 3 month contract roles as Junior Compliance Advisors, you will support the Manager of Regulatory Compliance focussing on Compliance breach assessment and reporting. Your responsibilities include:
• Assist with compliance incident assessments and completing around 20+ assessments per week at minimum depending on complexity.
• Preparing compliance assessments relating to incidents, policy updates and regulatory changes, and supporting breach reporting requirements.
• Utilising the Protecht compliance system
What you'll need to succeed
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g. Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance or similar
• Compliance breach assessment and reporting experience (desirable)
• Insurance compliance or insurance operational experience.
• Legal or compliance certifications (desirable)
• High quality writing skills, particularly for summarising incidents and recommended outcomes.
• Will consider risk or law graduates as entry level
• Australian work rights and based in Brisbane and surrounding QLD suburbs
