Your new role

As a Training Specialist Contractor, you will play a crucial role in the successful rollout of a new cloud-based CRM application. Your responsibilities will include:

•Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions for end users both remotely and face-to-face, including site visits to schools across the state.

•Training Material Development: Creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials such as user guides, videos, process flowcharts, and documentation using MS 365 suite, JIRA, and Confluence.

•Stakeholder Management: Engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders including principals, directors, teachers, and other education professionals to gather feedback and support business readiness testing.

•Change Management: Assisting the change lead with key rollout activities, including both planned and ad-hoc tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

•Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions, or a willingness to quickly learn and train others.

•Strong skills in creating and maintaining training materials.

•Excellent stakeholder management abilities and a customer-friendly attitude.

•Experience in change management and supporting rollout activities.

•Flexibility to travel across the state for site visits and training sessions.

•A valid Working with Children Check.
