Your new role
As a Level 1/2 IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting with system maintenance and upgrades. You’ll work closely with senior technicians and other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Level 1 or 2 IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
