Your new role

This is a hands-on Team Lead position for a Level 2/3 Engineer ready to step up. You’ll be responsible for technical delivery, mentoring a small support team, managing escalations, and contributing to infrastructure projects. The role is hybrid, with a mix of office-based and remote work.

What you'll need to succeed

  • MSP experience is essential
  • Strong background in Windows systems, networking, and virtualisation
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent
  • Ability to work across BAU and project environments
