Your new company

We have partnered with a large private education provider to find an IT Support Officer to join their established ICT team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional or someone with foundational IT training who is keen to build hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Your new role

• Providing Level 1 technical support to staff across three regional sites.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Supporting end-users in educational and office-based environments.
• Assisting with system and application administration under documented processes.
• Building strong working relationships with local stakeholders.
• Providing technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Level 1 IT support or services desk role OR strong foundational IT training.
• A genuine interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow skill sets on the job.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) ticket. (Essential).
