Your new role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• End-to-end management of IT operations across several regional sites.

• Ensuring system availability, reliability, performance, and security.

• Acting as the primary liaison between local operations and offshore infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.

• Translating business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Managing infrastructure, networks, servers, end-user devices, and business applications.

• Coordinating third-party vendors and monitoring service delivery outcomes.

• Supporting continuous improvement and moderate technology change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing IT operations in a standalone or highly autonomous role.

• Strong hands-on capability across infrastructure networking, cloud, and end-user environments.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical users.

• The confidence to challenge solutions that are not fit for local operational requirements.

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
