Your new role
In this position, you will be responsible for:
End-to-end management of IT operations across several regional sites.
Ensuring system availability, reliability, performance, and security.
Acting as the primary liaison between local operations and offshore infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
Translating business and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
Managing infrastructure, networks, servers, end-user devices, and business applications.
Coordinating third-party vendors and monitoring service delivery outcomes.
Supporting continuous improvement and moderate technology change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing IT operations in a standalone or highly autonomous role.
Strong hands-on capability across infrastructure networking, cloud, and end-user environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical users.
The confidence to challenge solutions that are not fit for local operational requirements.
A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
