Your new role
Role 1: Advisor (AO5) – Industrial & Employee Relations
Play a key role in shaping a fair and effective workplace by providing expert advice on industrial and employee relations matters. You will manage end‑to‑end employee cases, support enterprise bargaining and policy development, and work closely with leaders and unions to resolve complex issues and drive consistent, compliant outcomes across the organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience in industrial relations, employee relations or human resources.
Demonstrated capability managing employee cases (e.g. discipline, performance, grievances).
Knowledge of industrial frameworks, legislation and public sector employment practices.
Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills, including working with unions.
Role 2: Workforce Liaison Officer (AO5)
Be at the centre of workforce integrity by managing the intake and coordination of workplace complaints. You will oversee complaint processes, ensure timely and consistent outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen professional standards, improve systems, and enhance the employee experience across the organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience in complaints handling, case coordination or governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to manage data and identify trends.
Ability to build relationships and liaise with diverse stakeholders across a distributed workforce.
Experience improving processes, systems or frameworks to support business outcomes.
Role 3: Correspondence Coordinator (AO4)
Support critical workforce processes by coordinating sensitive correspondence and complaint administration. You will manage records, prepare high‑quality reports, and ensure the efficient and confidential handling of information, helping drive timely outcomes and strong governance across workforce liaison activities.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience preparing and managing correspondence in a confidential environment.
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience supporting reporting processes and maintaining data integrity.
Ability to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
