• Partner with the national sales team to develop accurate inventory forecasts and support purchasing decisions
• Proactively prevent over‑stocking and stock shortages through effective planning
• Work closely with logistics and purchasing teams to build strong supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Service teams to maintain product availability
• Manage product costing and ensure accurate data entry into Oracle NetSuite
• Monitor and maintain stock levels across multiple Australian warehouses
• Prepare inventory reports including turnover, performance, costing, and price lists
• Review, maintain, and continuously improve inventory management processes
• Create and maintain product listings within the NetSuite ERP system
• Monitor and report on freight forwarder performance
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operational outcomes
• Oversee annual stocktakes and cyclical counts across all warehouse locations
• Ensure accurate and reliable inventory reporting at all times
• Assist with ad‑hoc inventory and stock‑related tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Inventory Manager, Stock Controller or similar
• Proven experience managing inventory in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong experience with inventory management systems, with Oracle NetSuite experience essential
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
