Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Inventor Designer with a strong background in plant and machinery design and modelling.

Throughout your role you will:

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed plant layouts, piping designs, and equipment models using Inventor.
• Develop 3D models, and drawings for process plants, refineries, and other industrial facilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise related to plant design.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and bill of materials.
• Review and revise existing designs as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in Inventor software.
• Strong understanding of plant design principles, including piping, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Experience with 3D modelling, isometrics, and orthographic drawings.
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME, API, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
