Your New Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations and outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing the end-to-end sales process, from order entry to payment and final delivery.
• Handling inbound phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Responding promptly to email enquiries related to Retail Sales and Agency Sales.
• Investigating and resolving complex enquiries regarding stock, orders, ETAs, and backorders.
• Assisting with stock take, processing cash sales, and supporting showroom enquiries, sales, and demonstrations.
• Collaborating with state agencies to achieve sales targets.
• Processing sales requests from internal teams and assisting with e-commerce order fulfilment.
• Following up on aged orders, outstanding payments, and liaising with the warehouse to resolve delivery issues.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex enquiries.
• Previous experience in sales and an inbound/outbound call centre environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is desirable.
