Your new role


This role is a work-from-home position. There is a requirement to travel to events and meetings approximately once a month in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outbound calling campaigns to acquire new corporate members, with a focus on high-value tiers. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored programs that align with their professional development goals.
  • Proactively secure new sponsorships to support flagship events, presenting compelling value propositions and closing deals.
  • Reconnect with existing members to maximise their experience, promote underutilised benefits, and upsell additional learning opportunities.
  • Coordinate regular check-ins with corporate partners to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the delivery of webinars, masterclasses, and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution and high satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support to the CEO and team across various strategic and administrative initiatives.
