Your new role

We’re currently seeking two experienced Accountants with 4–5 years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm. In this role, you’ll work closely with our partners and senior staff to manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements as we continue to grow.

What you'll need to succeed

• 4–5 years’ experience in an Australian accounting firm
• Strong working knowledge of Xero and related cloud-based tools
• Solid understanding of Australian tax compliance and accounting standards
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
