Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Interior Designer to shape retail environments that captivate and convert. You’ll work closely with a passionate design team to develop concepts, produce documentation, and oversee fit-outs for high-impact retail spaces.

The pace is fast, the work is varied, and the creative energy is contagious. You’ll be client-facing, managing stakeholder updates, juggling multiple projects, and contributing to a culture of bold design thinking.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in interior design for retail and/or hospitality projects
  • Proven ability to deliver fast-paced, short turnaround projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with confidence
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and proactive in owning your scope
  • Passion for retail design and eagerness to grow within a creative, multidisciplinary team
  • Must be proficient in Vectorworks
  • Must have Australian Full working rights and be living in Australia to be eligible for this position
