Your new role
- Deliver high-quality client service while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Support business growth through client retention, new opportunities, and effective renewal management
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and funding providers to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships, contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Manage administrative and processing tasks efficiently, including policy handling and debtor follow-up
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team initiatives and company projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Completion of a university degree, and/or additional qualifications such as Tier 2 Accreditation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve client issues effectively
- Confident working independently or as part of a team, with a collaborative and adaptable approach
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional presentation and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Knowledge of insurance products is an advantage, along with a willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
