The role is based in the CBD on a hybrid basis, working as part of a supportive and friendly team as an insurance advisor, offering support and services within an existing portfolio.
Your new role
This role would see you offer insurance products and services to a number of individuals in a call centre environment. You will be tasked with understanding and getting to know your customer base, and offering insurance products that can support and mitigate their risks. This will mainly be across home, contents, building and motor insurance and some other areas - although knowledge of this is not required.

This is a full-time, ongoing temporary contract role that is highly likely to become a long-term position. The role pays $42.36 per hour plus 12% super. It is based in the Melbourne CBD, in a modern office with excellent amenities. You will be required to attend the office 3 days per week, although training at first will be full-time in the office. The role is working within a large and highly supportive team, and you will receive funded certificates in insurance.
