Due to ongoing project growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technician to join their high‑performing maintenance team. This role is offered on a long‑term contract with a genuine pathway to permanent employment.
Your new role
Working on a 4:3 roster, you will carry out E&I maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting across fixed plant and associated infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing electrical and instrumentation maintenance, fault‑finding and repairs
- Conducting testing, calibration and diagnostics of field instrumentation
- Supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and statutory requirements
- Working alongside electricians, technicians and operations personnel to maintain reliability
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician in the mining or resources sector
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and WA Electrical Licence
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, PLC interfaces and industrial controls
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medicals and compliance checks
