Working with a leading renewable energy company who are transforming Australia's energy landscape. They specialise in large-scale residential solar and battery storage installation, LED lighting, providing sustainable and reliable energy solutions to their clients nationwide. Due to an internal promotion, they are currently looking for an Installation Manager to join their office in Western Sydney.

Your new role

Working as the installation manager for the Sydney business, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project team, managing the overall operations team (inclusive of employees and subcontractors) and end to end project management of residential solar installations. Planning, organising and directing activities concerned with installations along with subsequent workforce and resource planning. Maintaining quality control checks and delivering projects safely targeting zero harm

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a successful track record of coordinating and managing installers nationwide within the Australian renewable energy sector or similar trade industries and have experience managing and delivering solar residential projects. A strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, energy storage systems, and power electronics is essential. You must have a CEC Accreditation for design and installation and a nominated electrical supervisor licence. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and enjoy managing a team.
