• Partner with account managers to engage and support clients
• Reconnect with previous customers and rebuild relationships
• Respond to enquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and manage quotes and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up on quotations and identify customer trends
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Support the team in achieving sales targets

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Self-motivation and goal-setting mindset
• Experience working in a KPI environment and working towards sales outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in customer service or sales support
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Exposure to fast-paced or product-driven environments
