Your new role

• Lead and manage project delivery across two concurrent streams: Teams Calling migration and Tenancy migration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Provide regular updates and casual communications to key stakeholders (e.g., Peter, Chris, execs).
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting deliverables.
• Display confidence and competency in Microsoft technologies, especially Teams and telephony systems.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience with the following :

• Oversee the transition from legacy PABX systems to Microsoft Teams Calling.
• Engage with internal infrastructure teams and external vendors to manage technical implementation.
• Ensure vendor competency in Teams-specific telephony solutions.
• Facilitate project engagement across the organisation, ensuring stakeholders are informed and involved.
• Manage the proof-of-concept and full migration of student accounts to the staff tenancy.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal modern workplace specialists.
• Oversee technical implementation including migration of mail and OneDrive data.
• Understand and support communication strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to the student experience.
