Your new role
The Infrastructure Project Coordinator will support the Senior Engineering Manager (SEM) by:
Identifying and defining infrastructure project leads to boost sales.
Building strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion under SEM guidance.
Identifying and assessing supplier capabilities and compliance.
Analyzing the project market to identify critical areas in infrastructure sectors such as government projects, civil construction, transportation/road, and private commercial and residential buildings.
Assisting in developing strategies for the project sector and expanding existing business opportunities.
Providing entry-level recommendations for to establish a presence in targeted sectors and offering information for discovery, control, and follow-up.
Creating networking opportunities to promote the brand among major general contractors, government and infrastructure companies, and EPCs.
Reporting new development opportunities and identifying potential projects and required products.
Planning, coordinating, and delivering project development activities.
Determining necessary resources, vetting vendors, and overseeing the supply process from order to delivery.
Attending to customers and suppliers as directed by the SEM.
What you'll need to succeed
University graduate with 1-2 years experience delivering infrastructure projects
Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams under project conditions, including the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve shared strategic goals.
Understanding of project arena such as infrastructure, transport, urban or regional development.
The ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within government and industry.
Has high work standards, can work autonomously and deliver a high quality of work in the desired timeframe.
