Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:
  • Managing all infrastructure services including data centres, networks, servers, storage, virtualisation, backups, and cloud platforms.
  • Driving operational excellence through modernisation and best practice implementation.
  • Managing a team of 5 engineers.
  • Leading infrastructure-related projects and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Ensuring high availability and performance of core systems and platforms.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and service delivery.
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing infrastructure team.
  • Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Promoting a culture of agility, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:
  • Proven experience in people leadership and strategic planning.
  • Sound technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, Server, Virtualisation, Backups & Disaster Recovery, Storage and Networking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
  • Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, Juniper and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
  • A passion for mentoring teams and driving innovation.
