ICT Support / Helpdesk

What you'll need to succeed

Proven help desk/ICT support experience (level 1-2)
- Hands-on hardware management: laptop builds, audits, inventory, equipment ordering
- Ticketing system proficiency (Zendesk)
- Microsoft environment: Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft CRM, Azure/cloud
- Strong interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills
- Plain-English explanation of IT issues to non-technical staff
- Ability to manage workload, set expectations and push back when needed
- Flexible attitude to assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
