Your new role

As an ICT Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for all things tech-related—whether it’s a quick fix, a tricky issue, or helping an executive user get set up for a high-stakes meeting. In this team, you’ll handle Level 1 support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, walk-ups), manage assets, and provide AV support for internal and external meetings. You’ll also help document processes and support more complex technical issues alongside senior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT Service Desk or similar support role

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and problem tracking

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • A customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle tasks independently

  • A current Federal Police Check and Baseline clearance

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • A formal IT qualification or degree

  • ITIL 4 certification

  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration or reporting
