ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager

$75ph to $85ph + Super

Locations: ACT, NSW, or VIC

Hourly Rate Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week) 6-month contract, with extension options

Your New Role
As the ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of managing multiple ICT contracts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll oversee vendor performance, lead procurement activities, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple ICT contracts and vendor relationships
  • Lead procurement activities and complex negotiations
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting on procurement activities
  • Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of probity

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years’ experience in ICT contracts and vendor management within government or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks
  • Proven ability to improve business processes and manage complex tasks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
