Your new role

You’ll be servicing and maintaining HVAC systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites— data centres, distribution centres, warehouses, sports and aquatic centres, and the airport. Our client work with key industry players. Expect a mix of preventative maintenance and diagnostic problem-solving, with full autonomy over your day. Jobs are scheduled two weeks in advance via an app, so you’ll know exactly what’s ahead. You’ll typically handle 1–3 jobs per day, leaving straight from home—no need to check in at the office.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own work, generate your own POs, and pick up parts from various Melbourne locations. No micromanaging, just the freedom to do your job well.

What you'll need to succeed

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Strong work ethic and a great attitude
• Well-presented, polite, and comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
• WWC preferred
• Flexibility to travel to different sites across Melbourne
