Your new role

As a qualified HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for a range of tasks essential to the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Operating and maintaining all necessary tools and equipment to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Providing expert technical advice and support on various HVAC systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in refrigerators, freezers, HVAC units, and ice machines.
  • Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on chilled water systems, refrigeration units, and HVAC equipment.
  • Working independently or collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality service outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Construction White Card
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence (manual)
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Industry experience or experience in a similar role
  • Ability to provide satisfactory employment references
