Your new role

Working alongside Project Managers and a respected Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the on-site delivery of large-scale HVAC projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Managing on-site HVAC installations and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and labour
• Overseeing procurement and delivery of equipment and materials
• Reviewing plans, designs, and drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Attending site coordination meetings with builders and project teams
• Supporting project delivery in collaboration with Project Managers
• Mentoring junior team members and apprentices
• Ensuring WHS compliance and conducting toolbox talks
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
  • Previous experience as a HVAC Site Supervisor or Manager
  • Trade background in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Plumbing, or Sheet Metal
  • Strong knowledge of Australian HVAC standards
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging site environments
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering results
