About the Role

As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance, reactive service, and quoted repairs on cooling systems
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs
  • Preparing and submitting quotes directly to clients
  • Completing service reports and documentation accurately and promptly
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Always Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a HVAC Service Technician in the commercial sector
  • Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Current ARCtick Licence
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
