My client is a leading provider of electrical solutions across Australia. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes on complex projects, they are currently delivering major work in the data centre sector and are expanding their team to meet growing demand.

My client is looking to hire two Site Managers: LV Site Manager & HV Site Manager.

Your new role

We are recruiting for two key site-based roles on a high-profile data centre construction project:
  • HV Site Manager
  • LV Site Manager
You will oversee and co-ordinate all high/low voltage electrical works on site, including coordinating HV/LV design and technical oversight, manage various stakeholders to ensure project delivery, leading testing and commissioning, etc. You’ll manage a team of HV/LV specialists and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client standards.

Both roles require strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive performance on complex infrastructure projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Data centre construction experience is essential for both roles.
  • 10+ years' experience in the electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in electrical projects.
  • For the LV Site Manager: deep understanding of LV systems.
  • For the HV Site Manager: a strong background in HV systems.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
