- Coaching and capability building
- Workers’ compensation and WHS support
- Engagement and cultural initiatives

The role is full-time and based in the Sydney CBD. Some interstate travel will be required to build relationships across offices.

What you'll need to succeed
- Around 5–6 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience across recruitment, systems, and compliance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, agile mindset and desire to step into a Head of HR role in the next 18–24 months
- Experience in design, construction, or similar industries
- Familiarity with ELMO or similar HRIS platforms

What you'll get in return
- Competitive package ($135,000+)
- Central Sydney CBD location
- Flexibility to work from home occasionally
- The opportunity to build and shape the HR function from the ground up
- Supportive leadership and genuine scope for career progression
- Potential to recruit and lead a junior team member in the future
