About the Role:
We are seeking experienced HSEQ Advisors/Coordinators to provide short-term and relief coverage across various sites/operations. These roles are ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly integrate into teams to maintain high safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will step into established sites or projects to ensure continuity of HSEQ systems, compliance, and culture during peak workloads, leave coverage, or project ramp-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HSEQ support to site teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and support corrective action implementation.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, training, and safety awareness initiatives.
• Maintain and update HSEQ documentation and reporting systems.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Support project teams during critical periods, shutdowns, or mobilisations.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in an HSEQ role within facilities/mining;
• Strong working knowledge of Australian HSEQ legislation and standards;
• Relevant tertiary or vocational qualification in WHS / Environmental / Quality;
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum preferred);
• ICAM / TapRooT or equivalent investigation training (desirable);
• Current driver’s licence;
• Ability to mobilise at short notice
• Current site-based tickets (e.g., Construction Induction White Card, Working at Heights, etc. – as applicable);
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen, as well as complete all relevant site compliance.
