Site-based HSE Advisor required for Townhouse Development

Your new role

In this role, you will take the lead as a site-based HSE Advisor on a town-house project in the Northern Gold Coast. This includes:
  • Ensuring all safety documentation is up-to-date, including Safety Plans, Inductions, and Risk Registers
  • Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and inductions
  • Undertaking safety inspections and audits to provide strategies for improved safety
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and trades to foster a positive on-site environment
  • Provide support and advice to the site management team

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a HSE Advisor on commercial and/or multi-residential projects. You will also have:
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
  • 2+ years of experience in the residential or commercial construction sector
  • A complete understanding of current legislation, regulations & building codes
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to set up systems, policies, plans and processes
  • Solid systems' knowledge (eg: Hammertech)
