Your new role
In this role, you will support the delivery of key HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, reporting, and general HR administration. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while delivering a high level of service to stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Prepare regular HR reports and workforce data insights
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Support probation, performance, and exit processes
- Provide administrative support to the broader HR team
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience supporting HR or recruitment processes (preferred)
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and HR systems
