Your new role
As a People Data & Insights Specialist (temp), you will play a key role in supporting the People function through the effective management, analysis and reporting of workforce data.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee data, producing regular and ad hoc reports, and developing dashboards across key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement, and leave. You will analyse engagement survey results and translate findings into actionable insights, helping to shape people's initiatives and business decisions. You will also contribute to improving reporting capabilities, ensuring data quality and governance standards are upheld, and supporting the evolution of people analytics practices within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience working with HR/People data in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
Experience in data preparation, transformation and reporting
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to present insights in a clear and compelling way
Experience with engagement survey tools, cloud-based systems or Atlassian tools will be highly regarded
